My dear old buddy is a big fan of Mimi Holliday, so I knew bringing her in for an interview would be ideal. She is totally cute and fun which is how I would also describe Mimi Holliday.

Amidst her incredible ‘saving the local pub’ project…in saying this I mean, Jodie actually bought and saved her local pub, the half moon Kirdford, Billingshirst, from being taken away from the local community. She has also been working on endless charities and generally being far more than the local hero!
